With the sending of an order confirmation, the contract is concluded. The automatically generated and sent order confirmation does not constitute a corresponding legally binding declaration. The contract is also concluded by sending the goods or providing the service.

The total price is calculated from the following components:

The participants also assume the costs for this.
The organizer assumes no responsibility if course participation is not possible due to technical problems.
Information in the purchase is provided by Youboost to the best of its knowledge and belief. The organizer is not liable for any errors in the information, documents or data carriers.
All prices are final prices and include the legal sales tax. The information on the website is valid. Exists there a right of withdrawal and is made use of this.
Terms of delivery
The views are sent immediately after receipt of the order from 12-72h to the Youtubelink deposited by the buyer. With larger quantity of Views the supply will last longer. When selecting a delivery time in the order, it may not be possible to meet the delivery time. For reasons such as: Bad content, video was rejected by YouTube, video objection, target group expansion.
The buyer is granted to send the selected calls from 12-72h on the deposited Youtubelink. In the event of incorrect transmission, the buyer bears the costs. If refund takes place, this will be in voucher form.
Guidelines of the videos/content
The content created by the customer itself must be legally permissible, a legal review or liability assumption is not made by YouBoost, but via Google Ads. We reserve the right to refuse to promote certain content.

- Racism, fascism, extreme speciesism
- All FSK 18 content
- Sexual content
- Contests, voting, sweepstakes
- Gambling, betting
- Trading/securities trading, cryptocurrencies or similar.
- MLM/network marketing
- Violent or repulsive content
Claims for damages by the customer are excluded, unless otherwise stated in the following reasons. This also applies to the representative and vicarious agents of the provider, if the customer makes claims for damages against them. Likewise, this does not apply to claims for damages after grossly negligent or intentional breach of duty by the provider or his legal representative or vicarious agent.
Prohibition of assignment and pledging
Claims or rights of the customer against the provider may not be assigned or pledged without the provider's consent, unless the customer has proven a legitimate interest in the assignment or pledge.
Language, place of jurisdiction and applicable law
Swiss law shall apply. The place of jurisdiction for disputes arising from these GTC shall be the registered office of the organizer.
The invalidity of any provision of these GTC shall not affect the validity of the other provisions. The invalid provision will then be replaced by a provision that comes as close as possible to the meaning of the invalid provision.
